responsibilities
* assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, shipping dates, and product issues through calls and emails.
* collaborate with various departments such as technical support, logistics, and sales to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* process customer orders, including order entry, changes, and returns, while monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies.
qualifications
you must have
* bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.english proficient
* basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
* proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly excel.
