This facility specializes in high-precision metal fabrication and complex component assembly.we are looking for a high-impact business partner who does more than report numbers—you will own the p&l, drive operational profitability, and instill financial discipline across all functional areas, from engineering to logistics.key responsibilities1. Strategic financial leadership- act as a key advisor to plant management, providing forecasts, budgets, and cost-control strategies that align with corporate growth objectives. - influence operational decision-making by providing financial perspective to production, purchasing, engineering, and quality departments.2. Operational excellence & cost accounting- utilize deep knowledge of the manufacturing process to identify cost drivers and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - ensure rigorous financial discipline in accordance with gaap and internal corporate policies. - manage the full financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting.3. Business partnership- develop sophisticated financial models and analyses that translate complex data into actionable insights for the operations team. - foster a culture of accountability and financial acumen throughout the organization. - represent the plant's interests in communications with both local leadership and global stakeholders.requirements- sector experience: a minimum of 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership within a manufacturing environment. Specific experience in the metal-mechanic or precision fabrication industry is highly preferred. - leadership: at least 6 years in a plant controller or similar site-lead role. - education: bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
