Purpose of role the e-sourcing specialist is responsible for establishment and administration of contracts and catalogues in all approved systems and tools.

accountabilities the key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to: administer the establishment of contracts / catalogues verify completeness of contract/catalogue upload request formswork with category manager, spot buyer and supplier on providing all required data for contracts and cataloguescreate/upload contracts and catalogues in system toolsupload contracts in contract repositoryidentify and communicate expired or near-expiring contractsenable contracts / catalogues obtain approval for uploaded contract and catalogue contentrelease contracts / unlock catalogues for usealign with suppliers for punch out enablement if requiredcontract and catalogue compliance / general activities receive inputs on expiration dates or updates necessary in contractsclose out expired or no longer desired contracts and cataloguesmanage e-sourcing suppliers accounts (follow up-credit holds-good receipts-system issues) business environment the creation of a new operating model will transform procurement function towards a much higher level of centralization at regional level.
