Responsibilities:
support project goals and objectives as a member of an engagement team.
Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members when needed.
Document and map current-state and future-state business processes across shared services functions.
Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
