you will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issuesusing advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.as a transfer agent oversight shareholder services -senior consultant, you will support theoversight of various transfer agents and service providers that provide operational support tomutual funds, interval funds, closed end funds, etc.
you will be responsible for managing escalatedservice issues from the transfer agent and service providers, monitoring service quality oftransfer agent and service provider and providing oversight of fund events and corporate actions.
- manage escalated issues from both internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance and salesteams, and external stakeholders including shareholders, financial advisors, service providers andtransfer agents
- support the oversight of corporate actions/fund events with transfer agents and other serviceproviders.
- manage inquiries received via our website and to potential complaints.
- drive system and process enhancements and share best practices across service providers,trusts, and regions, to mitigate risk and improve our client experience.
- support compliance requirements for internal and external audits, vendor and intermediary duediligence meetings, etc.the teamjoin our ai & engineering team in transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, andhelping make a significant impact on our clients' success.

- 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
- responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams
- identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions
- advanced english level
- experience in transfer agent oversight, fund operations, or asset management.
- understanding of fund flows, transfer agent functions, and regulatory and compliance obligations for retail and alternative funds.
- experience with investment management related systems, technologies, and tools such as ordermanagement systems (oms), portfolio/investment accounting systems, performance reporting andattribution software, data analytics, etc.
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- familiarity with process automation, change management, and risk/control frameworks.
- significant knowledge of microsoft excel, particularly as it pertains to data analysis
- experience with sharepoint, sql, python, or visual basic desirable
- deep understanding of investment management products types (e.g., mutual funds, exchange traded funds, interval funds, closed end funds).
