within marketing operations, the web centralized design and authoring team is responsible for delivering web services to our brands. The web operations manager will support web project execution across cms platforms, translating business needs into technical features and coordinating with various teams.
key responsibilities:
1. proficiency in cms platforms such as drupal, adobe experience manager, and nutanix.
2. author, edit, and organize content within cms platforms.
3. coordinate content author teams to incorporate forms, seo, layout, and other marketing features.
4. coordinate with it for site provisioning and domain management.
5. work with cx for domain definition and internal registration records.
6. provide guidance to content authors and designers to ensure timely execution.
7. review intake forms and ensure alignment with business needs.
8. collaborate with the pod lead to share feature requests and report bugs to the product team.
9. maintain communication with designers and content authors about new features and technical limitations.
10. support content teams in project scoping and timeline management.
11. identify and communicate potential risks proactively.
12. adhere to standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
essential requirements:
1. bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, marketing, or related fields; minimum 10+ years of experience.
2. 4-5 years’ experience in advertising agencies.
3. strong web development and content management experience.
4. experience with cms platforms like drupal, adobe experience manager, or similar.
5. knowledge of website hosting, seo, serm, schema, design, sfmc integration, and embedded content.
6. proficiency in html, css, and javascript.
7. skills in content authoring, editing, and organization within cms.
8. ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
9. excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
10. familiarity with emerging technologies like gen ai and agentic ai is advantageous.
11. advanced english proficiency.
12. project management training is a plus.
