 
        Account manager nexeo plastics is a leading global thermoplastic resins distributor, representing world‑class suppliers and serving a diverse customer base across north america, latin america, europe, the middle east, africa, and asia. What you will do strategize your territory by developing a plan to exceed sales goals, including identifying potential customer targets and leveraging nexeo’s product offerings. Build and manage a balanced sales pipeline through ongoing prospecting, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects, using crm tools to keep opportunities moving forward. Collaborate with internal teams (pricing, operations, service, legal) to present solutions that meet customer needs. Develop relationships across internal teams and within customer organizations to drive partnership and leadership. Apply deep market and technical knowledge to identify customer needs, influence strategy, and build long‑term relationships. Own your territory by presenting the full value proposition, negotiating win‑win solutions, and managing the complete sales cycle with proactive administration. What you bring bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering, chemistry, business, or related field) and 3‑5 years of experience in plastics distribution sales or a related industry. Proven ability to prospect and acquire new customers, consistently achieving long‑term sales growth. Proficiency in crm and erp systems (e.g., salesforce, sap) and the microsoft office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
