scope: ensure the optimal functioning of all automated equipment’s on the production lines (molding, laser, inkjet, hot stamp, assuring compliance with the production schedule of each machine. Ensure that all manufactured products meet product quality specifications. Train and create maintenance and process technicians on startup procedures or elimination of common failures. Ensure that all machines, equipment, tools and automation are available for production, in good operating condition and are efficient.
responsibilities:
design and develop automation systems. Maintenance and optimization of automated systems (tippin, robots, laminators, inkjet, laser, hot stamp). Robot integration on the different molding injection machines to assure cycle times. Monitor production performance, utilization and efficiency of the automated systems. Train the support team to solve common failures. Ensure that the quality of the products meets company and customer standards and meets the established production goals. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Create maintenance plan for automated equipment. Create a critical spare parts list. Have good communication skills with the operational team. Promote teamwork and cooperate with other departments. Support the quality area in customer complaints, analysis and implement quickly necessary corrective actions. Determination of risks and opportunities in their area of responsibility. Safety at the plant, ensure order and cleanliness in the work areas. Develop a methodology and culture of troubleshoot analysis to identify the real root cause of the issues and implement the necessary actions, short and long term. Responsible for the start-up of new and specialized equipment. Prepare reports according to the needs of the operations manager.
requirements: education: professional career experience: 4-6 years of experience in a similar position english 90% electrical control panels understanding plc programming (siemens, allen-bradly, omron) robot programming (wittmann, denso) strong hmi programming skills hydraulic,electric, pnheumatic knoledge.
competences / skills: effective communication. Results-oriented. Troubleshooting. Sense of urgency. Experience in processes (inkjet, laser, hot stamp). Knowledge of injection molding machines (robots, eoat). Honesty, discipline, focus. Analytical and logical reasoning.
