*development & plant director / future general manager mexico - industrial adhesives and die-cuts, foams - toluca*
we are currently looking for a plant director / future general manager for our client - based in toluca - a manufacturer of *high value-added adhesives / die-cuts / foams *targeting demanding markets such as automotive medical and industry, they are acting as a tier 1 or tier 2 in automotive for example.
my client is a french company (around 400 employees) but with an important global presence (10 locations worldwide, including a production site in mexico (toluca), they invest heavily in development and r&d and have quite unique and state-of-the-art facilities.
while i write these lines, the mexican entity generates 9/10 m usd of turnover, they intend on making 15 millions by 5 years and 20 millions by 10 years.
they recently invested a few millions in a new site with very innovative and competitive / state of the art equipments, they also want to target the medical segment in mexico but also in the us.
we are therefore looking for someone with a strong experience in either *product development, production, engineering, operations, processes and also p&l management* in demanding and complex industrial products such as *adhesives, tapes, rubbers, die cutting or other related materials.
* the position is very strategic and will be also tailor made according to the person recruited (interests, skills, affinities, etc.)
*salary*: $70,* - $130,* per month
