responsibilities
* manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
* source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms (linkedin recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
* conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
* develop and implement aggressive hiring strategies to meet the company’s rapid growth needs.
* provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
* track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* provide regular updates to the senior global talent acquisition manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
* ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.
requirements
* experience in sourcing, recruiting or headhunting, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or web3 industry.
* strong sourcing and networking skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and startup environment.
* familiarity with applicant tracking systems (teamtailor) and recruitment software (linkedin recruiter).
* proficiency in english and spanish/portuguese is essential.
