A candidate with 5-7 years of proven technical sales experience, strong leadership skills, and comprehensive knowledge of the water pump sector will excel in driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and generating results. Candidates should have a solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets related to water pump technologies. Familiarity with market trends, competitive landscape, and applications of water pumping systems in diverse sectors, including municipal water, wastewater, agriculture, and industrial processes, as well as the water pump wholesale industry. Experience in project-based sales, account management, and long-term client relationships is highly valuable.bachelor of science degree in business, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience with technically oriented products preferred. Support zoeller's family of water solutions by providing quotes, order support, technical information and assistance to representatives, wholesalers, service centers, specifying engineers, contractors, and end users. Bilingual fluency in both spanish and english, strong communication skills, including the ability to organize and make effective customer presentations. General job/function responsibility:

willing and available to travel 50% or more, visiting customers, working with field personnel, providing training, attending trade shows and other events related to marketing and sales in mexico, and occasionally in the u.responsible for assisting and participating in the planning, implementation, and coordination of company sales and marketing efforts to achieve planned goals and objectives regarding sales volume, market share, market growth, market penetration, new business development, special projects, geographic market mix, market profitability, brand awareness, market research and advertising.

responsible for sales goals within defined territory.qualifying, training, and setting up new stocking/non-stocking distributors, wholesalers, buy/sell reps, engineered reps, oems, etc.responsible for communicating the technical details, both mechanical and electrical, of the products manufactured as well as the applications in which they are used to internal and external customers.assist and support existing customers, generating new business, visiting customers and end users, providing technical assistance, applications analysis, pump and lift station sizing, job quotations, trouble shooting, problem solving, and assistance with warranty claims.responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, text messages, and other requests for support from customers, representatives, wholesalers, service centers, specifying engineers, contractors, and end users requiring support and technical assistance on products.research project specifications with engineering firms, contractors, architects, government agencies, etc.responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of international, country, local codes, and third-party marks to ensure products are compliant with local rules and regulations.support general logistics related to order entry, quotations, pricing, documentation, shipping, delivery, start-up, installation, post-sales support, etc.prepare quotations for pumps, basins, control panels, accessories, and other zoeller company products as necessary to meet customers' project requests.appropriately log and file quotes, quotation materials, and general sales activities using corporate crm. Track and follow-up with customers regarding past quotations and ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.responsible for becoming proficient with zoeller sizing and quotation programs and pressure sewer software.follow up on field input with management and be a champion for the corrective actions needed to reduce warranty expense.contribute to the integrity of marketing materials, literature, installation instructions, quick start guides, etc. Support customer training events by aiding in the development and use of product demonstration units, the agenda, curriculum, preparing and giving presentations, and contributing as necessary to the overall success of the event.support additional sales efforts through webinars, lunch and learns, trade shows, and other marketing and sales activities.keep zoeller mexico general manager informed of all factors which pertain to the business development efforts and operations of the company in mexico.
