The citigold relationship banker is a developing professional role that applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data. The role identifies policy gaps, formulates policies, interprets data, makes recommendations, researches factual information, and defines business issues. The holder integrates disciplinary knowledge with industry practices and supports the team’s objectives.
responsibilities
* client account management
* review cg customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engage with customers to validate understanding of their needs.
* advise cg customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling fee‑based products/services based on current and future needs.
* review product penetration for the assigned client base and identify potential cg customers for tailored products.
* ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
* organize cg customer events to enhance bonding.
* acquire new citigold customers through converting referral leads.
* compliance, risk & controls: ensure kyc/aml and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
* provide exceptional client experiences measured by specific metrics.
* assess risk in business decisions, uphold reputation, safeguard citigroup, clients, and assets, drive compliance with laws and policies, exercise ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently.
qualifications
* 0–2 years of relevant experience.
* ability to manage relationships both internal and external and prioritize effectively.
* mandatory certifications required for selling financial products.

education
* bachelor's or university degree or equivalent experience.
