troubleshoot synchronization errors, restrictions, or visibility issues.rates, agencies & promotionsupdate seasonal rate sheets and availability summaries.send rate updates and promotions to agencies and travel partners.coordinate with marketing on campaign materials and special offers.market research & strategyconduct market analysis on punta mita communities and competitor properties.share insights to improve listing performance and pricing strategy.influencer & collaboration managementidentify and secure influencer partnerships aligned with vehm's brand.draft and finalize influencer contracts.coordinate pre-arrival details with the concierge team.administration, brand consistency & internal supportsupport contracts for guests, influencers, and agency partners.participate in internal strategy sessions and owner reviews.ensure brand consistency across all guest-facing and internal materials.requirementsbackground in hospitality, tourism, or luxury travel.experience working with companies like airbnb, expedia, vrbo or similar is appreciated.strong written and verbal communication skills.experience with ota platforms, reservations, or property content management.highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.comfortable working with remote tools and cross-functional teams.the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
