requirements
must have:
· excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills; mastery in english and local language

· excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independently
· strong business acumen, process knowledge in logistics and across multiple business units, with an understanding of emerging industry trends
· ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communications strategies
· ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive way
nice to have:
· first level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
· typically, 6 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or logistics function
· project management degree or certification
responsibilities:
· independently manage supply chain projects, including complex projects from planning through to execution and provides findings resulting from project execution
· lead cross functional regional project teams (logistics procurement, customs, process engineering, business units sc operations, it, logistics service providers)
· applies strong program governance methodologies including status reporting, steering board reviews and decision-making processes extended to multiple functions and/or businesses. .
· own on time program delivery and project quality metrics
· independently structure analytical approaches and devel
