the quality supervisor is responsible for supporting and managing activities related to monitoring quality systems at the plant, including training subordinates, driving improvements, and ensuring compliance with the dbs system within their area of responsibility.
your role
* meet the established quality objectives related to customer complaints.
* comply with the eos and osa operating systems.
* participate in continuous improvement processes.
* provide updated information related to the quality department as required.
* the supervisor has the authority to stop nonconforming processes and products according to existing circumstances.
* act as the administrative backup representative in the absence of the quality manager.
* lead customer protection activities such as epc and fpsc (first production shipment certification) during startups, vacation periods, or other high-risk periods.
* actively participate in multidisciplinary apqp teams, including prior analyses, follow-up meetings on open issues, completion of assigned activities, and documentation of findings or detected failure modes.
* comply with procedures related to eos/dbs systems and iso/ts 16949 to maintain certification.
* implement engineering changes and approvals within their area of responsibility, as well as ensure their effective release.
* represent the customer’s needs within the organization and take authority over timely and effective corrective actions.
* coordinate containment activities for customer feedback, including the generation of quality gates (q.g.).
* ensure that eos complies with customer and standard requirements.
* report eos performance and improvement opportunities to senior management.
* act as an appropriate liaison with external parties on matters related to eos.
* participate in and execute the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system (iso 45001) and the environmental management system (iso 14001).
your background
* bachelors degree terminated industrial engineering or related.
* english level advanced.
* +3 years of experience in quality positions.
* knowledge in core tools (must).
* ms office proficient.
