desarrollo a nivel comercial, operacional y administrativo de sales leads recibidos por medios electrónicos con potencialidad a, b, c y d, así como desarrollo de clientes fuera de pipeline comercial con potencialidad d.
what will your functions be?
* elaborar, enviar y dar seguimiento a las propuestas de costo y de servicio para los clientes a cargo de gerencia de ventas conforme las solicitudes recibidas.
* dar atención de forma inmediata a los sales leads que son recibidos por medios electrónicos para cumplir estándares de tiempos de respuesta establecidos por el corporativo.
* brindar apoyo y soporte al equipo comercial, generando ofertas, ci, actualizaciones de ci, solicitando tarifas y enviando ofertas actualizadas mientras el equipo comercial está en la calle visitando clientes.
* asesorar al cliente para identificar sus necesidades a fin de armar el plan logístico que se adecue a las necesidades detectadas.
* solicitud y seguimiento de costos al área de procurement cumpliendo con el llenado de plantillas.
* elaborar cartas de instrucciones para el equipo de operaciones de aquellos servicios aceptados por los clientes, en tiempo para garantizar el correcto proceso operativo.
* elaborar sop para transición de cuentas nuevas al equipo operativo.
* seguimiento a las soluciones que no fueron aceptadas para identificar las áreas de oportunidad o bien trabajar en reducción de costos para impulsar el cierre de nuevos negocios.
