Growth Strategist at Connectist
As a Growth Strategist for Connectist, youll play a key role in driving user acquisition and scaling efforts. Youll help create and implement growth strategies, engage with online communities, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. Youll analyze data to continuously refine and optimize strategies. This handson role requires a proactive, resourceful approach, always looking for new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced startup, enjoys experimentation, and tackles challenges creatively.
What Youll Do
Implement and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels, ensuring datadriven growth and scalability.
Engage with online communities e.g., Reddit, Twitter to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
Create and manage content for marketing initiatives that align with growth strategies.
Analyze data to optimize and refine growth strategies, using insights to improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.
What we are looking for
Proven experience in Growth Hacking strategies and execution.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
Background in the SaaS industry, preferably in B2B environments.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
Must be located in LATAM.
Good level of English.
