As a talent acquisition onboarding specialist you will be responsible for guiding new hires through their recruiting process and starting their career at arrivia. The talent acquisition onboarding specialist is responsible for collecting all the required documents from the new hire and answering all questions the employee may have during the onboarding process. In addition, you will assist office administration by serving as the back up to the main office receptionist along with any other duties for office administration assistance as assigned. You should possess extraordinary communication skills, excellent time management skills and the desire to help the recruiting team achieve staffing goals while creating a personalized and engaging new hire experience
*responsibilities*:
- create a personalized and engaging new hire experience
- gather and process paperwork, such as ids, contracts, and curps
- prioritize & manage workflow to meet critical deadlines
- ensuring the completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee
- initiate background checks for new hires
- conduct reference checks as needed
- collaborate with hr team to process referrals
- help organize and facilitate recruiting events and job fairs
- address new hire's queries regarding their contracts and payroll
*requirements*:
- highly organized and have the ability to manage your time effectively
- bilingual - spanish & english (verbal and written)
- onboarding experience (preferred)
- exceptional customer services experience with focus on adaptability to different personality types
- excellent communication
- attention to detail and data accuracy
- ability to multitask and identify and set priorities
- independent self-starter with excellent communication (written and verbal)
- proactive with a commitment to excellence in quality of work
- excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- ability to work under pressure/deadlines
