What You'll Do:
As our Talent Engagement Specialist, you'll be the voice behind our internal communications, crafting compelling content that resonates with our team and reinforces our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Communication: Partner with our Training Manager to develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with Amstar's goals and Hyatt's corporate standards
* Creative Content Creation: Design engaging content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital signage that inform, inspire, and connect our colleagues
* Channel Management: Oversee and maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring timely delivery and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
* Message Development: Craft clear, compelling messages that reflect our company culture and effectively communicate key updates and initiatives
* Employee Engagement: Design and implement innovative engagement activities that strengthen colleague connection, recognition, and sense of belonging
* Analytics & Insights: Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
* Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and promote Amstar's brand identity through consistent, professional messaging and materials
* Social Responsibility: Support and document engagement and social responsibility programs, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
Experience in DMC (Destination Management Company) or tourism industry preferred
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Photoshop
* Strong digital communication expertise
* Comfortable with internal communication platforms and tools
