Hello! We are a virtual assistant company, and we are looking for candidates with customer service experience to place with an answering service in the us. We currently have 10+ vas working for them, so we know it's a very stable position.
job duties:
answer incoming customer inquiries
record customer information within our customer service database
engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
qualifications:
fluent in english and spanish, both verbal and written.
1 or more years of bpo experience in a voice role
strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
requirements:
1. Complete office setup with a quiet workspace. Owns a laptop or pc with sufficient specs. (windows only, intel i5 minimum)
2. Available to work during us business hours, including holidays and weekends.
