*the role*
*key responsibilities*
- drive student admissions by managing inbound inquiries, consultations, and enrollments.
- actively prospect and close partnerships with aircraft brokers, operators, and aviation companies to hire our graduates.
- develop relationships with aviation influencers, affiliates, and referral partners to expand iabi's reach.
- achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across both b2c (students) and b2b (corporate partners).
- provide professional guidance to prospective students on courses, career paths, and financing options.
- maintain crm records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- represent iabi in industry networks, online forums, and aviation communities.
*requirements*:
- proven sales experience (aviation, education, or high-ticket sales preferred).
- strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
- english fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
- self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- global outlook with flexibility to operate across multiple time zones.
