Job summary:the human resources manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all human resources activities within the maquiladora.this role ensures compliance with mexican labor laws, supports organizational goals, and fosters a safe, productive, and legally compliant work environment.the hr manager oversees recruitment, labor relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement strategies.key development and implement hr policies and procedures in compliance with mexican labor legislation and company standards.oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including onboarding and retention strategies for direct and indirect labor.serve as the primary liaison between management and employee representatives, including union relations and collective bargaining negotiations if applicable.coordinate training and development programs aligned with operational needs and employee growth.manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.administrate compensation and benefits programs in coordination with corporate hr and local providers.promote health, safety, and wellness initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and employee well-being.maintain accurate employee records and hr metrics; prepare reports for senior management.lead internal communication strategies to ensure alignment, transparency, and engagement.foster a culture of continuous improvement and ethical conduct.qualifications:bachelors degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, or related field (masters degree preferred).minimum of 7 years of hr management experience in a maquiladora or manufacturing environment.strong knowledge of mexican labor law, imss, infonavit, and other local employment regulations.proven experience in union negotiations and labor conflict resolution.proven leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.bilingual: spanish and english (oral and written) required.proficiency in microsoft office and hris systems (e.g., sap, workday, or similar).tipo de puesto: tiempo completosueldo: hasta $80,* al mestipo de jornada:- turno de 8 horaslugar de trabajo: empleo presencial
