- make outbound calls on repossessed accounts
- receive inbound redemption calls
- arrange suitable payment solutions with past-due customers
- identify accounts requiring management review
- provide exceptional customer service
- maintain departmental performance standards
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- proficient in microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
- bilingual (english/spanish) is required
