actively participate in the development and implementation of strategic projects in occupational health, safety, and the environment, contributing to improving hseq performance indicators and strengthening the preventive culture in operations. The intern will participate in innovation, data analysis, and change management initiatives, generating proposals that add value and optimize processes.this opportunity will have an onboarding process of approximately 3 weeks in mexico city and subsequently a mine location will be assigned to work on, which may be located in zacatecas, hermosillo or puerto vallarta.must be open to accommodate working hours to match with mine operations.
- participate in hseq innovation and continuous improvement projects.
- prepare analytical reports with proposed preventive actions.
- support the implementation of digital tools.
- design and coordinate communication materials.
- attend hseq performance review meetings.
- deliver executive presentations to management.
