responsibilities
* assess technical and business readiness and map organizational processes through direct customer engagement
* lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of agentforce agents within salesforce; ensure agents meet compliance, business logic, and customer experience goals
* recommend opportunities to reengineer processes by combining ai agent capabilities with salesforce automation tools such as flows and omnistudio
* identify data strategy, data quality, governance, and software development lifecycle best practices
* define and orchestrate agent actions, configure topics, and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve performance
* implement and configure leading large language models (llms) like gpt-4 for salesforce agents
* perform testing and refinement in customer environments to optimize agent performance
* track performance metrics and user feedback; iteratively improve to grow agentforce consumption
* build and maintain knowledge bases and technical documentation
* develop standardized agent deployment processes and integration patterns across salesforce platforms
* provide guidance on best practices to enable customers to self-sustain their agentforce implementations
* communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and c-level
minimum requirements
* 5+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies and architecture principles
* advanced or expert knowledge of salesforce, agentforce, and ai
* experience with data cloud or similar data integration platforms
* salesforce certifications such as advanced admin, service cloud, data cloud, agentforce, or sales cloud
* solid understanding of ai concepts, especially conversational ai or intelligent agents
* hands-on experience integrating large language models or ai services into applications
* experience with ai orchestration frameworks or prompt engineering
* self-motivated with a desire to learn and apply new technologies
* ability to design scalable solutions for complex business requirements
* strong debugging, optimization, and reliability skills for integrated ai-salesforce solutions
* proficiency in salesforce flow, lightning web components (lwc), apex, salesforce apis, and agent studio
* ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimal client disruption
* experience documenting technical processes, developing proofs of concept, and participating in agile project planning
* advising on best practices for application development, integration, and technical architecture
