responsibilities
take ownership of business development by leading lead mining, conducting in-depth lead validation, and executing strategic seller outreach to drive pipeline growth.
conduct analysis of the seller onboarding funnel, identify bottlenecks through data-driven insights, and formulate actionable optimization strategies to improve conversion rates.
deeply engage in the design and delivery of seller training programs and support initiatives, including developing campaign frameworks, curating webinar content, and providing personalized guidance to enhance seller performance.
plan and execute operational strategies, content roadmaps, and growth initiatives for assigned seller segments, aligning with business objectives to drive scale and engagement.
act as a key liaison in meetings with local partners, contribute to strategic discussions, and lead cross-team communication to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of collaborative projects.
minimum qualifications
ms degree with a graduation date before december of
quick learner, proactive and resilient.
ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
structured thinking, good data sense, very strong analytical skills
excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
passion for business and aim for higher goals.
preferred qualifications
internship or full-time experience in an e-commerce marketplace business, or retail category management is a plus
familiarity with tiktok content ecosystem, shoppable content, and brand-creator partnerships is a plus
