Job responsibilities
* develop and maintain business relationships with local pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and healthcare product manufacturers using glass bottles in mexico to ensure long-term cooperation stability.
* understand customer needs in purchasing, quality, and production departments and provide professional medical glass product solutions.
* accurately communicate customers' quality, compliance, and technical requirements for packaging materials to china headquarters for coordination of production and delivery.
* handle customer feedback and quality complaints, coordinating with internal quality inspection departments to close the loop on issues.
* promote customer repurchase plans to improve satisfaction and market share.
* assist in the operation and coordination of the local warehouse and team, supporting headquarters in developing the mexico market system.

* at least 1 year of direct service experience with pharmaceutical/cosmetic/healthcare clients (flexible for exceptional candidates).
* preferred: experience serving mexico pharmaceutical companies or branches of international pharma/cosmetics/healthcare firms.
* preferred: proven track record of maintaining client relationships for 2+ years with measurable repurchase rate improvement.
