Key responsibilities:
* preventive maintenance system development & execution
* develop and continuously improve preventive maintenance plans, inspection standards, and sops; ensure proper execution of daily maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and failure rates.
* troubleshooting & corrective maintenance
* diagnose and resolve mechanical failures (e.g., transmission, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems) in a timely manner; perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
* equipment improvement & optimization
* identify equipment bottlenecks and deficiencies; propose and implement mechanical design improvements, including solution design, component selection, and on-site installation & commissioning support.
* spare parts management
* establish and maintain critical spare parts lists; define safety stock levels; manage spare parts quality inspection and cost control.
* new equipment installation & commissioning
* participate in new equipment acceptance, mechanical installation, precision alignment, and final commissioning to ensure rapid ramp-up to full production capacity.
preferred qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
* experience in a manufacturing environment
* familiar with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* proficiency in chinese (mandarin) or spanish is preferred
