*job summary*
we're looking for a talented and proactive community manager with strong social media, content creation, and video editing skills to help us grow our presence across platforms and connect with our audience in authentic, engaging ways.
you'll be managing our social media channels, crafting creative content (including reels and stories), running digital ad campaigns, and building a strong brand voice for the u.s. market.
*responsibilities*
- manage day-to-day operations of our social media platforms (instagram, facebook, linkedin, tiktok)
- create original, engaging content tailored for the u.s. audience
- edit videos and reels with trending formats and brand-aligned storytelling
- design and implement paid media campaigns across platforms
- monitor social media trends, engage with our online community, and respond to messages and comments
- collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaign support
- track analytics and create performance reports to improve strategies
- propose and execute creative ideas to boost community engagement
*requirements*:
- strong english communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
- proven experience creating social media content (posts, stories, reels)
- video editing skills (capcut, adobe premiere, canva, or similar)
- basic knowledge of social media advertising and campaign setup
- creative mindset, detail-oriented, and organized
- familiarity with u.s. culture, trends, and digital behavior
*nice to have*
- experience with tools like meta business suite, bitly, canva, or similar
- knowledge of mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry
- bilingual (spanish/english)
