Key responsibilities- coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- track and update eta status daily in internal management systems.
- align delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.
- review and validate logistics invoices; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- maintain organized records of freight and logistics costs .
- support cost analysis initiatives and provide insights to optimize logistics expenses.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams: supply chain, purchasing, operations & commercial.
- ensure compliance with internal policies, customs requirements, and local regulations.requirements- bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, international business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or supply chain roles.
- knowledge of import/export processes, incoterms, customs documentation, and transportation modes.
- proficiency in ms office (especially excel); experience with erp/wmssystems preferred.
- strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
- solid communication and coordination skills.
