Youwill be responsible for providing strategic direction and operationalleadership within the site. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, fostercollaborative relationships, and drive the implementation of businessstrategies to achieve objectives.
key responsibilities
* leadand manage the chihuahua's operations, ensuring the achievement ofbusiness objectives and targets.
* deliverthe safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity for site toensure customer satisfaction and enable growth ina challenging start up environment.
* developand implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with urgency.
* build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers and governmentagencies. Able to lead within a cross-functional organization andarticulate production escalations.
* provide leadership and guidance to a team ofmanagers and employees.direct hands-on/tactical support, including floor presence andconsistent availability.
* drivea results-oriented culture within the plant, setting clear performancemetrics and ensuring accountability at all levels.
* monitorand analyze key operational metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary tomeet production targets and financial objectives.
* promote honeywell behaviors such as data-drivendecision-making, customer focus, and innovation in all aspects of plantoperations.
you must have
* minimumof 8 years of experience in a similar scope role.
* strongexperience working in a high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environment.
* experiencein metal-mechanical operations (sheet metal fabrication, machining,painting, assembly)
* leantransformation experience and understanding of lean principles with aproven track record of changing culture and getting results with processsimplification.
* proventrack record of successfully managing site operations and greenfieldprojects.
* demonstratedability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
* strongleadership and communication skills.
* ability to build and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders and employees.
