position summary
this role is responsible for implementing market plans, managing regional marketing activities, and supporting sales growth in the assigned area.
key responsibilities
* organize regional events, seminars, dealer meetings, and product demos.
* support sales team with customer materials, product training, and lead acquisition.
* manage regional marketing resources and external partners.
* monitor brand presence and ensure alignment with corporate branding requirements.
* prepare regular reports on regional market performance and opportunities.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related areas.
* 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial or b2b markets.
* strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
* basic data analysis capability; experience in digital marketing is a plus.
* english required; spanish preferred.
