- base salary of $2,000 up to $5,000 per month (up to experience) with flexible 40h/week schedule
- bonuses up to additional $5,000 per month based on ad performance

responsibilities:
- edit short-form ugc ads and long-form vsls
- collaborate with a video editing team led by a creative strategist, with ongoing feedback to level up fast.
- your work is judged by sales performance. We will spend 1 million $ a month on your ads, and stronger results unlock bigger bonuses.
- use ad account data to make data-driven iterations: new hooks, new angles, and new video variations.
- study winning sales videos across industries to spot patterns and apply them to your edits.
requirements:
- 1+ years of experience editing direct response video ads
- advanced proficiency in adobe premiere pro
- perfect english proficiency (both written and spoken)
- thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
- insatiable appetite for growth, learning, and self-improvement
