* address the client's quality complaints, 0 km and guarantees, comply with the response time policy through the tools defined by the client or the internal methodology (pmp, 8d's, redx, etc.)
* ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators through the use of quality tools (core tools, bps, pfm, etc.)
* promote a philosophy of zero defects through the definition of preventive actions based on the quality system.
* maintain communication with the customer team (customer team) to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
