key responsibilities
1. own financial strategy – lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital management.
2. be the financial face of the company – manage investor and banking relationships.
3. optimize performance – define and implement key financial and operational metrics.
4. ensure compliance – oversee legal agreements, financial regulations, and risk management.
5. support hr & admin – guide policies and benefits to maintain operational efficiency.
what we’re looking for
1. 5+ years in finance & accounting in the u.s., involving previous management roles (startup experience required is a must).
2. health-tech, saas, or software experience – a must-have for this role.
3. expert in financial modeling & analysis – you live and breathe numbers.
4. strong business acumen – you don’t just manage finances—you help shape company strategy.
5. exceptional communication skills – fluent in english, joining a client-facing environment, ready to interact with u.s. investors.
tools you should know
1. xero, excel, google sheets – strong tech skills are essential for this role.
