* 5+ years of experience in similar positions
* experience establishing a development process.
* experience building a portfolio process like lean portfolio management (lpm).
* experience presenting updates to senior and c-level stakeholders.
* leader in agile, scrum, safe.
* able to work in detail with more technical leads to understand why we are reporting a specific status or understand an issue from the engineering teams.
* experience leading scaled agile project or organization of at least 2-3 teams.
* able to lead interviews
* energetic and strategic thinker.
* experience in offshore/onsite delivery model.
* experience working in a software/technology company.
