hybrid role in cdmx. We are seeking a new talent to join the business & technology integration where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our client.
responsibilities
* as a business analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the client's current payment processes (as-is) to identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements for a future-state flow (to-be), considering the implementation of a new payments platform.
* you will need to understand the application architecture to gain insight into the payment transaction flows.
* the role requires you to work independently with minimal supervision from your direct manager and to become a subject matter expert (sme) in the client's payment flows.
* you will also be expected to follow up on action items from various sessions and proactively identify and escalate risks related to business flows.
key skills
* ability to define requirements and write user stories
* familiarity with both waterfall methodology and agile
* capability to design and map future-state (to-be) flows
* skill in analyzing current-state (as-is) processes to identify areas for improvement
* understanding of banking payment processes (e.g., spei, spid, same-bank transfers, transfers between own accounts, referenced payments)
* knowledge of general banking operations
* proficiency in managing stakeholders effectively
