This role is dedicated to achieving the business objectives of the product groups with an emphasis on successfully integrating, structuring, engaging, aligning, and cross-pollinating the various ucb functions in order to maximize the impact of our teams on patients and hcps, is responsible generate, analyze and provide strategic information (qualitative & quantitative) to the upper management related to the market, products, competitors and new business, as well as bringing support for decision making processes for mexico.
*key activities*:
collaborate with finance and pvus (marketing leads) to develop robust forecasting for pvu
as a member of i2i, actively contribute to the success of the business through proactive idea generation and innovation to address cross-functional and area-wide issues
proactively lead the business in terms of the implementation and ongoing utilization of clrm system. Work with departmental leaders to optimize clrm and operational systems and processes
support in the implementation of business unit digital strategies as well as establish kpis and reporting to measure the impact of these strategies.
Coordinate analysis and make recommendations on field force resourcing and deployment to enable ucb to leverage detected opportunities
develop and continuously improve on monthly sales and field activity analytics and reporting, including field-based teams dashboard and the development of competitive selling metrics to meet affiliate objectives
monitor performance and measure on-going effectiveness of sales plan, and work with customer tables to develop and implement corrective action as required
manage customer facing employees incentive program and calculation
deign annual sales target/quota setting templates utilizing sales tools and systems for the business units
build market models to support commercial and business development team to track market and sales trends and undertake market and products sales forecasting, in-line with defined strategy and objectives
perform analysis and reports related to all secondary databases
help design, implement and promote omni-channel solutions aimed at engaging with and providing value to patients and hcp in alternative ways utilizing the orbit clrm system
*requirements*:
bachelor’s degree
master’s degree preferred
*at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry*,* with an emphasis on commercial operations
*p*referably*, *prior experience in customer insight / patient-centric projects and activities or fp&a
*e*xperience in multinational company is preferred
*s*o*lid experie*n*ce with micro*s*oft products including advanced excel skills is required
*e*xperien*ce *with iqvia data* (*xponent, gpm*, r*x dynamics, onekey), and crms (veeva, mobile intelligence) is required
