Objetivo del puestodeliver successful solutions by partnering with business and technology groups to elicit requirements and manage the design and development of functionalities related to the life cycle of a product.responsabilidades del puesto- partners with business analysts and respective cross-functional business groups to elicit functional and non-functional requirements- works closely with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation partners, and consultants- designs and develop a solution architecture that meets the requirements of both end users and business partners- defines the overall plan for solution development and implementation and drives the execution of that plan- defines end user proofs of concept to test the designed architectures, usage models, and corresponding technologies in test-bed or real end user environments- generates user and technical manuals of the technological solution- trains users in the new technological solution- partners with key strategic solutions partners for small and large scale engagements to help develop the vision of the technology service- manages the configuration and setup of solutions- ensures software is updated with latest features (upgrades)- prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming- troubleshoots, debugs and upgrades existing systems- documents and maintains software functionality- produces specifications and determine operational feasibility- integrates software components into a fully functional software system- analyzes solution related system activity by assessing system utilization, employee productivity, and trending amongst key quality attributes- participate and provide consulting in projects on the differente business platformscompetenciasempatía
