what we're looking for:
bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, or related field.
minimum 3 years of experience as an hr business partner.
strong background in talent management is essential.
solid understanding of hr functional areas: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, organizational development.
experience with successfactors is a plus.
fluent english (spoken and written).
