The position will be an extension of the hr business partner for an assigned business unit.
the role is to undertake any hr-related topic in the bu, escalated disciplinary actions, dismissals, development programs, employee satisfaction plans and policy compliance.

- 2-year experience in human resources
- experience in local law regulation, human resources procedures, call center management, recruitment and people development.
