Sales development representative

Help drive pipeline growth through consistent, high-quality outbound prospecting. As a sales development representative, you’ll own the top of the funnel by identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role works closely with sales leadership and closers to create opportunities through phone, email, linkedin, and other outreach channels.

what you’ll do

* outbound prospecting & pipeline generation: execute high-volume outbound outreach through calls, email, linkedin, and other channels to generate qualified opportunities and build consistent pipeline.
* lead qualification & booking: engage decision-makers, qualify prospects, handle objections, and schedule discovery meetings with target accounts.
* crm & reporting discipline: maintain accurate crm records, update notes and next steps, and track outreach activity, conversion metrics, and performance trends.
* research & targeting: identify target accounts, map stakeholders, and use research-driven outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.
* testing & optimization: a/b test messaging, subject lines, scripts, and cadences; share insights and apply learnings to improve outreach effectiveness.
* cross-functional collaboration: partner closely with closers and sales leadership to ensure smooth handoffs, strong feedback loops, and alignment on target accounts and messaging.


what you’ll bring

* 2+ years of experience in outbound sales development, business development, or cold-calling roles.
* confidence with phone-based outreach and a strong understanding of prospecting best practices.
* experience using crm and outbound sales tools such as salesforce, hubspot, outreach, apollo, or salesloft.
* strong written communication skills, including the ability to craft effective cold emails and linkedin outreach.
* resilience, coachability, and a results-driven mindset.
* strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
