Role summary:
as a professional consultant veterinarian for hills you will be the key role in influencing veterinary specialists and key accounts to achieve market:leading sales and nutritional recommendation results. As a strategic partner, you will provide in:depth product and executional knowledge to clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders to grow hill's brand share. This role is pivotal in positioning hill's as a valuable partner across all channels, transforming the lives of pets through superior nutrition.
Responsibilities:
:
develop and execute the external education strategy for key accounts, focusing on skill development and validation of learning to drive business priorities
:
provide technical expertise and support to high:level veterinary customers regarding product selection, usage, and clinical benefits
:
champion a holistic approach across internal teams to win in corporate groups by prioritizing professional and commercial activities based on growth opportunities
:
leverage digital education programs and be spoken training resources to strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (kols) and stakeholders
:
monitor national veterinary trends and competitive assessments to ensure hill's maintains a strategic advantage in the market
required qualifications:
:
graduate degree in veterinary medicine with a current, clinically competent veterinary license
:
4+ years of experience in small animal clinical practice or the veterinary industry
:
intermediate:advanced english level (verbal and written)
:
availability to travel mainly to toluca, querétaro and león (and flexibility to travel other states in the future)
:
presentation skills
preferred qualifications:
:
previous experience influencing kols
:
project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within established timelines
:
post graduation in feline medicine, dermatology, gastroenterology, or related fields
