what you'll do:
* lead & inspire: manage and mentor a team of sales reps and appointment setters, empowering them to exceed targets and fuel business growth.
* create a winning culture: foster a dynamic, innovative, and motivating environment where success thrives and team morale remains high.
* drive performance: develop and implement effective strategies to increase conversion rates, boost sales, and maximize revenue.
* empower & elevate: offer coaching, mentorship, and training to enhance your team's skills, helping them achieve their full potential.
* analyze & optimize: oversee the quality assurance process for sales reps, ensuring adherence to high standards and consistent performance.
* verify & confirm appointments: ensure all appointments are verified and confirmed accurately, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
* engage with customers – call potential leads to assist with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.
what you bring to the table:
* 1-3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
* experience in cold calling, with a background in solar panel companies (highly preferred).
* a passion for coaching and leadership – you know how to motivate and inspire success.
* sharp decision-making skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
