As a solution architect, you will play a key role in developing functional solutions that meet design requirements and ensure proper design interfaces with other components. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
your responsibilities
* interface with cross-functional teams to design and develop technical solutions that achieve design objectives.
* work with the design/releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
* translate functional objectives into technical requirements and solutions.
* create and analyze alternative design concepts.
* integrate system components.
* support benchmarking of competitive vehicles.
* maintain core engineering design practices (edps).
* implement innovation roadmaps and coordinate the advancement of new technologies and procedures to improve program timing.
your profile
* bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or mba from an abet accredited university (or equivalent).
* knowledge of lighting development, lighting measurement, and lighting simulation using speos or any other simulation tools.
* experience developing performance standards, creating master sections, and surface feasibility proposal for pdo.
* knowledge of can/lin bus and experience with circuit analysis.
* design for six sigma dfss experienced (green belt or black belt preferred), shainin green belt.
* nx and teamcenter knowledge.
* automotive interior product design components/systems design/development/releasing experience.
* experience with tooling feasibility in injection molded plastics/decorative components.
