The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing hotel operations internationally, with a proven ability to lead teams and optimize performance in a luxury setting. Fluency in both english and spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our diverse team and clientele.key responsibilities:– operational management: lead and manage all operational aspects of the hotel resort, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. This includes overseeing front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance.– strategic planning: develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, guest experience, and overall performance. Analyze current operations and identify areas for improvement.– team leadership: provide guidance and support to department heads and staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of service.
