The main purpose of this position is to manage investment projects, optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies, and coordinate the installation of specialized technical equipment, especially in critical areas such as the testing laboratory. Additionally the engineer serves as a technical reference, promoting cross‑functional collaboration and the development of innovative solutions that enhance the plant’s competitiveness.
how you’ll make an impact
* plan, execute, and control investment projects in infrastructure, machinery, and equipment.
* optimize manufacturing processes using lean, six sigma methodologies, and quality tools.
* specify, coordinate, and supervise the installation of specialized equipment for testing laboratories.
* evaluate and integrate advanced technologies and automation to improve productivity and traceability.
* develop and maintain technical documentation such as fmea, work instructions, flow diagrams, and procedures.
* coordinate with departments such as quality, design, planning, purchasing, logistics, and finance.
what you bring
* academic background: degree in electrical engineering or electromechanical engineering with a specialty in electrical systems.
* minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, with experience in investment projects.
* must have advanced english skills.
* technical knowledge: project management, autocad, quality tools, lean manufacturing, and electrical medium and low voltage projects.
