Role description responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the mps, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. This role guarantees on-time deliveries, inventory optimization, and overall operational efficiency. Main responsibilities develop and maintain the mps. Analyze sales forecasts, firm orders, and inventory levels. Collaborate with planning, purchasing, production, and logistics to ensure plan execution. Evaluate production capacity (machines, molds, tooling, and workforce). Monitor on-time delivery performance (otif). Identify supply chain risks and implement corrective action plans. Optimize inventory levels (raw materials, wip, and finished goods). Participate in the sales & operations planning (s&op) process. Generate performance reports and kpis (plan adherence, inventory turnover, backlog, etc.). Qualifications education bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or related field. Languages: conversational english proficiency (spoken and written). Experience: 5 years of experience in master production planning. Technical knowledge: advanced microsoft excel & data analysis. Plex as a plus. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control. Skills & competencies: analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
