responsibilities
* consolidate expert knowledge in the field of product lifecycle management (plm) processes and tools.
* manage international projects of low to medium complexity, ensuring alignment with plm objectives.
* design, develop, and optimize processes and methods to ensure the efficient use of plm systems across business divisions.
* provide expert consultancy to users and actively support issue resolution.
* collaborate closely with system owners and process stakeholders by contributing to new requirements, change requests, and improvement initiatives.
* stay informed about state-of-the-art technologies and market trends related to plm.
qualifications
* bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field
* in-depth knowledge of product development processes and product lifecycle management (plm)
* proven experience as a project manager for method- and process-related projects
* hands-on experience with plm tools, preferably sap (pdm/plm mm, dms)
* proficient in microsoft office applications
* strong communication and presentation skills
* excellent written and spoken english
* open-minded and collaborative, especially in international environments
* willingness to travel within the hella group
