As the owner of the 'bottoms-up' ai execution engine, this role will partner with local leadership to identify, analyze, and scope high-value opportunities for generative and agentic ai, and will be responsible for driving those initiatives from concept through to value realization.responsibilities lead end-to-end project delivery: oversee the full delivery lifecycle of approved local ai initiatives, from detailed scoping, requirements gathering, and resource mobilization through to build, test, and full-scale deployment. Build the business case: support process and organizational structure analyses to develop and refine comprehensive business cases for proposed initiatives, ensuring a clear link between local objectives and strategic goals. Serve as a trusted advisor: build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the crucial liaison between the technical development team and local business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured and expectations are expertly managed. Champion adoption and enablement: create and implement local adoption strategies, partner with global teams to deploy learning strategies, and organize workshops to enhance digital literacy.
